In this camp, we will take your student's passion for computer science and engineering to new heights!

During the week, students will...
  • Explore the engineering design process to make far-flying paper airplanes
  • Make, refine, and learn to pilot paper airplanes that have drone engines
  • Program competition drones to solve tasks challenging tasks
  • Pilot prosumer drones like the DJI Mini Pro 3 for photography and videography​

Meet the Teachers

Anthony Lupinetti

Anthony is the Board President and Lead Educator for Open Source Kids.  He teaches K-5 computer science at North Star Elementary School.

Karen Romero

Karen is a K-5 computer science teacher at Osuna Elementary School. Prior to that, Karen was a 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade classroom teacher at various APS schools for 9 years.
